Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It covers slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking — all situations in which one person deprives another of their liberty in order to exploit them. Sanctuary Search Ltd (trading as Sanctuary Graduates) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings, and to putting in place controls that guard against modern slavery occurring anywhere in our own business or our supply chains.

Our commitment

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery. We expect the same standard from everyone we work with, including the employers we recruit for, the suppliers we rely on, and the technology partners who operate services on our behalf — such as the TrueFit candidate screening platform provided by neoOptic.

Our business and supply chains

Our principal suppliers include online job boards, software and IT service providers, and professional services firms. We consider the modern-slavery risk across our own operations and these suppliers to be low, given the nature of the services involved and the jurisdictions in which they operate. We keep that assessment under review.
