Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the TrueFit candidate screening service provided on behalf of Sanctuary Graduates. By starting an assessment, you agree to these terms. Please do not use the service if you do not agree to them.
The screening service is operated for Sanctuary Search Ltd (trading as Sanctuary Graduates) using the TrueFit platform provided by neoOptic. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to Sanctuary Graduates.
- You must be 18 or over to use this service.
- The information you provide must be accurate, complete and your own.
- You are responsible for keeping any access link or code we send you confidential.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or interfere with other people's access.
- You must not use automated means to scrape, harvest or extract data from the service.
This is a screening assessment. Please answer truthfully and complete it yourself. Misrepresenting your answers or having someone else complete it for you may invalidate your application.
All content and materials in the screening service — other than the information you submit — belong to neoOptic and/or its licensors. You are given a limited right to use the service only for the purpose of completing your assessment.
You keep ownership of the answers and information you provide. By submitting them, you give us permission to use them for the purpose of screening your application and sharing the results with the relevant employer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We handle your personal data in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is used and your rights.
We aim to keep the service available and working correctly, but we provide it on an “as is” basis and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in the service is intended as advice to you.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under law. [Legal to review liability wording.]
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Questions about these terms can be sent to students@sanctuarygraduates.co.uk.
